دستیابی به توسعه پایداردر سطح بین المللی با تأکید بربعد زیست محیطی باطراحی مدل مدیریت یکپارچه ناب

چکیده

تحقق اهداف حقوق بین الملل محیط زیست درجهان امروز با سازکارهایی که به منظور پیشگیری ازتخریب وآلودگی زیست محیطی طراحی شده است میسر می‌شود. در این رابطه یکی از رویکردهای مهم و اثرگذار، بکارگیری مدیریت یکپارچه ناب است که با تاکید بر استانداردهای بین المللی نه تنها می‌تواند بسترساز تحقق توسعه پایدار و در ادامه حفظ محیط زیست در کشورها به شمار رود. در این مقاله، تلاش نویسندگان ارائه مدل در راستای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار درسطح بین المللی با تاکید بر بعد زیست محیطی با طراحی مدل مدیریت یکپارچه ناب می‌باشد. روش تحقیق مقاله کنونی از نوع کیفی (گرندد تئوری) و جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 80 نفر از نخبگان و خبرگان صنایع استان قزوین می باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع گلوله برفی بوده است و یافته های مقاله نشان گر این موضوع بوده است که روند دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در سطح بین‌المللی دارای چهار بعد کلان می‌باشد: بعد برنامه، بعد اجرا، بعد کنترل و بعد اصلاح. ابعاد مذکور در نهایت مبتنی بر پنج محور اصلی مدیریت یکپارچه ناب، عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل مداخله‌گر، پیامدها و راهبردهای بهبود مستمر می‌باشند. یافته‌های تحقیق در نهایت ازسوی نخبگان صنایع استان قزوین اعتبارسنجی و مورد تائید واقع شدند.

چکیده [English]

The goals of international environmental law in today's world are made possible by mechanisms designed to prevent environmental degradation and pollution. In this regard, one of the important and effective approaches is the use of lean integrated management, which by emphasizing international standards can be the basis for achieving sustainable development and further environmental protection in countries. In this paper, the authors try to present a model in order to achieve sustainable development at the international level by emphasizing the environmental dimension by designing a pure integrated management model. The research method of the current article is qualitative and the statistical population of the research includes 80 elites and industry experts of Qazvin province. The sampling method was snowball and the findings of the article indicate that the process of achieving sustainable development at the international level has four major dimensions: program dimension, implementation dimension, control dimension and correction dimension. These dimensions are ultimately based on the five main axes of lean integrated management, contextual factors, intervening factors, consequences and strategies for continuous improvement. The research findings were finally validated and approved by the industrial elite of Qazvin province.
