The Closure of Guantanamo Bay inheres various legally complex problems. This article addresses these legal obstacles while also developing an alternative legal framework how to adjudicate the suspects detained at Guantanamo Bay. To this end, a differentiated model is suggested which can also cover future terrorism cases on this area. The content of this article is based upon an advice the author presented to the new US President Mr. Barak Obama.
