VI. Operative clause

For these reasons,

THE COURT,

(1) Unanimously,

Finds that the U.S.A has violated its obligation to respect the Treaty of Amity, Economic Relations which, prepared financial and trade suitable condition for the Islamic Republic of Iran to enjoys under UNSC  2231 resolution;

(2) Unanimously,

Finds that the U.S.A has violated its obligations to respect the amity treaty1955 which the Islamic Republic of IRAN not enjoys under international law by taking limitation measures and return sanctions;

Finds that the U.S.A has violated its obligation to respect the UNSC 2231 resolution, such as an international adopted responsibility which the Islamic Republic of Iran shall enjoys under international law and the treaty of amity 1955 (before collapsed date by the U.S.A); but according international liberalization on trade and emphasize on investment and financial cooperate between E.U and other countries with Iran has continued (nonstop) before and after the U.S.A returned it's sanctions, the court reject Iran's claim about compensations. Also the U.S.A shall unblock Iranian purchased assets and guarantee free exportation to the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, includes:

(I) Medicines and medical devices;

(ii) Foodstuffs and agricultural commodities; and

(iii) Spare parts, equipment and associated services (including warranty, maintenance, repair services and inspections) necessary for the safety of civil aviation;

Finds that the court can't take guarantee of the U.S.A for remain on the 1955 Treaty of Amity, Economic Relations, and Consular Rights and respect it forever because it's each countries policy and legislation right until they know.
