Back in 2003, the board of supervisions on the country’s press ratified the production and publication of a journal which from the time of its issuance has concentrated most of its efforts on human rights. At that time, our sympathetic friends announced that they are ready to share their thoughts and opinions with each other in order to reach to a specific agreement. All of them wished to produce a journal which would have qualities like scientific, up to date and at the same time deals with international and global issues. By collecting all proposals and gathering the articles of our respected colleagues, we have reached to the point of publishing a journal which has collected recognition in international academic associations and contains credibility. The event resulted in the emergence of Iranian international associations.

The international studies journal has publication permission No. 3804/124 dated back to 08/06/2004 from the ministry of culture and Islamic guidance.
