The manuscript entitled "Normative Conflicts Governing the Performance of UN Peacekeeping Forces and ICC" under the code of ISJ-2023-2306 (R5) accepted with its extended abstract merely in the pre-released section without its whole text publication. Being eliminated from the page of articles solicited for publication, the manuscript was declined by the Editorial Board of ISJ due to screening cases of scientific violation, and improper citation to the original sources.
