Abstract
The fast victory of US in Iraq in one part and its challenges for making an stability in this countries show some reality in which we could find that US military strategy have the main problem. The US army could not respond to new war like terrorism. This article attempt to verify the ways for US to resole the problem. The role of white house and so congress could be very important. In this article we will discuss on the role of President Obam in the military strategy of US.
