Abstract
Today the Security Council due to its central mission, which is certainly maintain international peace and security, In applying Article 41 of Chapter VII of the UN Charter regarding non limitative cases mentioned in the article, Authority has been relatively widespread. At its lowest, so that sanctions are the way to human rights concerns. One of these cases, paragraph 17 of Security Council Resolution 1737 is concerning Iran's nuclear case. In a series of educational restrictions against Iranian nationals have been considered. In this paper is to evaluate different aspects of this issue. Given the present human rights violations by the Security Council has discussed, And also the problems associated with this issue of our day We have innovative and knowledge necessary to address this matter.
