Abstract
Being the outcome of the distinguished debates of the earlier 20th century, International Relations doesnt possess any noticeable history. While the states of the South as well as the super powers are engaged in different security, economic, political and normative affairs of the international policy, this field of study has failed to notch a progress in the latter states. The states, in fact, neither make the foreign policies for the foreign countries nor do they make their domestic policies in accordance with their own states. Considering the foreign and the domestic policies as the two sides of a coin, states would meet their security, economic, welfare, technological, and political needs through the international as well as their interior arena. In this juncture, the management of the International Relations with the transcendental subject of the "foreign policy" is a necessity on which we are going to elaborate in this piece.
