امنیتی‌سازی به مثابه ابزار هویت‌ساز در دولت یهود؛ گفتمان‌ها و فرایندها

چکیده
درک نحوه گردآوری یهودیان حول یک هویت متحد و تشکیل رژیم اسرائیل یکی از نکات کلیدی برای فهم سیاست‌های امروز این رژیم به ویژه در عرصه‌ سیاست‌ خارجی است که نیازمند بررسی روند تاریخی تشکیل صهیونیسم و برساخت هویت یهودی توسط مؤسسان اسرائیل به عنوان یکی از رخدادهای عمیق و تاثیرگذار بر دینامیک تحولات منطقه‌ای است. این پژوهش به بررسی این مسئله می‌پردازد که مکانیسم‌های امنیتی‌سازی در مقاطع حساس تاریخی بر اساس چه فرآیندهایی و با چه گفتمان‌هایی، تکوین هویت جمعی یهودی را تحت تأثیر قرار داده‌اند. بر این اساس با بهره‌گیری از روش کیفی، تبیین‌های قیاسی مبتنی بر نظریه امنیتی‌سازی مکتب کپنهاگ و تحلیل سیر تاریخی گفتمان‌هایی نظیر آوارگی 2000 ساله یهودیان، مسئله امنیتی شده پوگروم، گفتمان هولوکاست و حفظ گفتمان یهودستیزی؛ بر اساس فرایند چهارمرحله‌ای کنش گفتاری، القای ذهنی تهدید وجودی، شناسایی و پذیرش تهدید از سوی مخاطبان و اقدام فوری یا تدابیر خاص یا نامتعارف سیاسی، می‌توان به وضوح دریافت که صهیونیسم و پدران مؤسس آن از این سیاست در راستای شکل‌دهی و تقویت هویت یهودی در مقاطع مختلف تاریخی بهره‌برداری کرده و می‌کنند.

Securitization as an Identity-Building Tool in the Jewish State: Discourses and Processes

چکیده English

Understanding how Jews were mobilized around a unified identity and the establishment of the State of Israel is a key point for comprehending Israel’s current policies, especially in the domain of foreign policy. This requires an exploration of the historical development of Zionism and the construction of Jewish identity by Israel's founders, which stands as one of the most profound and influential events shaping the regional dynamics of the Middle East. This study investigates how securitization mechanisms, at critical historical junctures, have influenced the evolution of Jewish collective identity, focusing on the processes and discourses through which these changes occurred. In this regard, employing a qualitative approach, the study utilizes deductive explanations grounded in Copenhagen School securitization theory. By analyzing the historical trajectories of discourses such as the two-thousand-year Jewish diaspora, the securitized pogrom issue, the Holocaust discourse, and the persistence of antisemitism, the research clearly demonstrates how these discourses, through the four-stage process of speech act, mental construction of an existential threat, recognition and acceptance of that threat by the audience, and the implementation of urgent or exceptional political measures, were strategically used by Zionist leaders and founders to shape and strengthen Jewish identity at different historical moments.
