This inevitable consequence of War on Terrorism in Afghanistan has brought the West face to face with the ‘nest of terrorism’ that CIA built in Pakistan’s so-calledmadrasasof extremist Wahhabi teachings in the first place, with the enthusiastic assistance of Nawaz Sharif’s government in Pakistan, the Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia and the Al-Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates in late 1990s. In their evil planning they found it necessary to invent a state history for Afghanistan based on former British colonial designs for the region during their geopolitics of Great Game with Russia in 19th century. They invented the Afghan state by putting together territories they severed from the veiningPersian Empire of the time. This process of state-manufacturing in Afghanistan though served the colonial purposes at the time, never proved to be working in the sense that is expected of a genuinely founded nation and nation-state. The ills of this ill-designed state will naturally disallow any remedy that is not based on a genuine state-building process in that country. To produce such a remedy Afghanistan needs to address the ills of its state-structure by pinpointing the centrifugal forces that drives various ethnicities apart and to try and find some kind of accommodation among components that makes up the state of Afghanistan. The best method to achieve this in today world of politics would probably be a genuinely designed federalism}, keywords = {: Afghanistan,Britain,Iran,state-building,Nation-building,USA,Taliban,Terrorism,war,Kabul,Security}, title_fa = {شناخت افغانستان}, abstract_fa = {مبارزه‌ علیه تروریزم، آنگونه که به صورت سنگ زیربنای سیاست‌های جهانی دولت‌های محافظه کار ایالات متحده در آمده است، به گونه روز افزونی در افغانستان بی‌تاثیر می‌شود با نتایج هراسناکی در زمینه سرایت آن به ماورای مرزهای آن کشور، خصوصا پاکستان. این مبارزه اجتناب‌ناپذیر علیه تروریزم در افغانستان غرب را مستقیما رو در روی لانه اصلی ترورزیزم قرار داد، جایی که سی‌ای‌ای "مدرسه"‌های تعلیم دهنده وهابی‌گری تند و خشن را در آغاز کار به کمک داوطلبانه دولت (اول) نواز شریف در پاکستان بنا کرد. آل سعود عربستان و آل نهیان امارات متحده عربی دربرنامه‌های شیطانی اواخر دهه 1990خود به این نتیجه رسیدند که باید برای افغانستان یک تاریخ ملی تعریف کنند بر اساس زمینه‌های استعماری که استعمار بریتانیا در ژئوپولیتیک "بازی بزرگ" با روسیه در قرن نوزدهم فراهم آورده بود. این گونه آنها با سرهم کردن سرزمین‌های جدا کرده از امپراتوری پارس آن دوران، "کشور" افغانستان را اختراع کردند. این روند کشور سازی در افغانستان اگرچه به سود اهداف استعماری آن دوران، هرگز نتوانسته است به واقعیت مربوط به تشکیل آیکونوگرافیک مربوط به ملت سازی و کشور سازی بپیوندد. مشکلات این ساختار کشوری نا متوازن طبیعتا اجازه نمی دهد که نا به کاری‌های مربوط به پروسه سرهم کردن یک کشورعلاج شود. برای یافتن چاره این مشکلات، افغانستان نیازمند توجه به مشکلات موجود در ساختار کشوری خود است از راه شناختن نیروهای گریز از مرکزی است که اقوام مختلف را از هم دور می‌رانند و گونه‌ای از هماوردی‌ها را میان آنها بیابد که به کشور یکپارچه افغانستان معنی دهد. بهترین شیوه حصول این نتیجه در دنیای کنونی را شاید بتوان در یک سختار واقعی فدرالیته در آن کشور جست و جو کرد.}, keywords_fa = {: افغانستان,بریتانیا,ایران,دولت سازی,ملت سازی,آمریکا,طالبان,تروریسم,جنگ,کابل,امنیت}, url = {http://www.isjq.ir/article_91111.html}, eprint = {http://www.isjq.ir/article_91111_0670233bc88288c12096ca83ce2ce153.pdf} }
