دیپلماسی علم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه قفقاز جنوبی

چکیده

دیپلماسی علم مفهومی است که بیش از هر مفهوم دیگری در قرن 21 توجه زیادی از کارشناسان را در حوزه موضوعات مربوط به روابط بین الملل به خود جلب کرده است و در این راستا لزوم درک بیشتر این موضوع رو به گسترش می باشد. منطقه قفقاز جنوبی به دلیل فاکتورها و مولفه های متعددی چون نزدیکی جغرافیائی و ارتباطات تاریخی با ایران ، یکی از مناطق مهم برای دیپلماسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به شمار می آید.  این منطقه بین کشورهای ایران، روسیه و ترکیه واقع شده است و ایران تنها کشوری است که با هر سه کشور واقع در آن دارای روابط رسمی سیاسی است. اما داشتن این روابط به این معنی نیست که روابط ایران با کشورهای منطقه در وضعیت مساعد و مطلوبی قرار دارد. با در نظر گرفتن وجود ظرفیتهای بالقوه در استفاده از دیپلماسی علم در روابط بین ایران و کشورهای واقع در منطقه قفقاز جنوبی ، فهم ارزیابی عملکرد ایران در این منطقه بسیار لازم و ضروری می باشد. این مقاله عمدتا در پی بررسی فرصتها و چالشهای استفاده از دیپلماسی علم به عنوان یک ابزار در روابط بین ایران با کشورهای واقع در منطقه قفقاز جنوبی است و همچنین تلاش می کند نقش بازیگران بیرونی را در استفاده از دیپلماسی علم در این منطقه مورد بررسی قرار دهد.
