That is why the International Center for Transitional Justice is making increasing efforts in order to include this question in the different institutions and organs that deal with the subject of transitional justice. Different approaches have been made in order to include the question of sexual crimes in the procedures of the so-called Truth Commissions. In our opinion، the best one is the approach that proposes the influence of the question of sexual violations in all the activities of these Commissions، because it implies that it has became a principle that inspires all the functions of theses institutions. Taking into account that these proposals are relative recent، we have to conclude that we should keep on analysing the future developments of the functioning of the Truth Commissions in order to know if the different approaches، and the efforts of the International Centre are functioning succefully in the question of sexual violations during the armed conflicts and its appropriate reparation. مسئله حمایت از حقوق زنان در فرایند عدالت انتقالی اغلب به فراموشی سپرده شده است. به همین دلیل مرکز بین‌المللی عدالت انتقالی همه تلاش خود را به کار برد تا این موضوع را در دستور کار نهادهایی که درباره عدالت انتقالی عمل می‌کنند قرار دهد. رهیافت‌های گوناگونی برای دربرگیری جرایم جنسی در فرایند کمیسیون‌های حقیقت‌یاب لحاظ شده است. به باور ما بهترین راه، رهیافتی است که مسئله خشونت‌های جنسی را در دستور کار همیشگی کمیسیون‌های حقیقت یاب قرار می‌دهد. زیرا چنین کاری سبب می‌شود تا به این نوع از موضوعات به عنوان یک موضوع اصلی در نهادهای مجری عدالت انتقالی نگریسته شود. به همین روی ما بایستی بیشتر بر روی کمیسیون‌های حقیقت‌یاب تمرکز کنیم. تلاش‌های مرکز بین‌المللی عدالت انتقالی نیز در عملکرد موفقیت‌آمیز آن پیرامون خشونت‌های جنسی در درگیری‌های مسلحانه و پیامدهای پس از آن است. https://www.isjq.ir/article_222544_77357c21dfce1066fbea7cd4ac4739c8.pdf
