International organizations, as one of the active subjects of international law, are not exempted from this issue and need to formulate new regulations to prevent unknown challenges in the field of cryptocurrencies. This article investigates the regulations of international organizations in the field of cryptocurrencies with a descriptive and analytical method and seeks to answer the question, what is the role of international organizations in drafting the rules and regulations governing cryptocurrencies? This article is based on the founding documents of international organizations. The existing international practice concludes that international organizations can formulate rules related to commercial exchanges in the field of cryptocurrencies by resorting to their founding documents, and these rules seem necessary for the continuation of the political life of international organizations. امروزه‌ موضوع ‌ رمزارزها بخشی ‌از‌ زندگی‌ تجاری ‌ تابعین‌ حقوق‌ بین‌الملل ‌ شده ‌ است ‌به‌ طوری ‌که ‌جامعه جهانی‌ نیازمند تدوین‌ قوانین ‌و مقررات‌ لازم ‌برای ‌شفافیت ‌و کنترل ‌مبادلات ‌تجاری‌ در این ‌حوزه‌ می‌باشد. سازمان‌های ‌بین‌المللی ‌به ‌عنوان ‌یکی ‌از تابعین‌ فعال ‌ حقوق‌ بین‌الملل ‌ نیز در ایجاد قاعده ‌سازی ‌از این ‌امر مثتثنی‌ نبوده‌ و نیازمند تدوین‌ مقررات‌ جدیدی ‌برای ‌جلوگیری ‌از چالش‌ های ‌ناشناخته ‌در حوزه ‌رمزارزها هستند. این ‌نوشتار با روش‌ توصیفی‌ تحلیلی، مقررات ‌سازمانهای‌ بین‌المللی‌ را در حوزه‌ رمزارزها مورد تحقیق ‌ قرار می‌دهد و به ‌ دنبال ‌پاسخ ‌به ‌ این‌ سوال‌ هست‌ که ‌سازمانهای‌ بین‌المللی‌ چه ‌ کارکردی‌ در تدوین‌ قواعد و مقررات‌ حاکم‌ بر رمزارزها دارند؟این‌ مقاله‌ با توجه‌ به‌ اسناد موسس‌ سازمانهای‌ بین‌المللی‌ و رویه‌ موجود چنین‌ نتیجه‌گیری‌ می‌کند که‌ سازمانهای‌بین‌المللی ‌ با توسل ‌به ‌اسناد موسس‌ خود می‌توانند قواعد مرتبط ‌با مبادلات‌ تجاری ‌در حوزه ‌رمز ارزها را تدوین‌ نمایند و این‌ قواعد برای ‌ادامه ‌حیات ‌سیاسی‌ سازمانهای‌ بین‌المللی ‌ضروری‌ به نظر می‌رسد. https://www.isjq.ir/article_203294_27f28645ffdafda9984bc3282597f227.pdf
